Wellness services, not medical treatment

Artiva Wellness provides IV hydration and vitamin services to support hydration and nutrient replenishment. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for care from your own licensed healthcare provider. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Eligibility and medical clearance

Every new client must complete a physician medical clearance (Good Faith Evaluation) before any service. This clearance is $42, billed separately from your service, and renewed every year.

You agree to give complete and accurate information about your health, medications and allergies, and to tell us about any changes before each visit. IV therapy may not be appropriate for everyone, including people with congestive heart failure, kidney disease, G6PD deficiency, active cancer treatment or allergies to IV ingredients.

Nurse discretion

Your registered nurse may decline, modify or stop a service at any time if, in their professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate for you. In that case no service is performed, and any refund is handled under our payment terms.

Mobile visits

Artiva Wellness is a mobile-only service with no physical location. When you book, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate address within our service area and be available at your appointment time.
• Provide a clean, safe and well-lit space with a comfortable place to sit for the 45–60 minute session.
• Keep pets secured and make sure the environment is safe for our nurse. We may end or decline a visit if it is not.

Booking, cancellations and late arrivals

Appointments are made through our online booking system or by phone or text. Our current cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy is shown during online booking and confirmed with your appointment.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time; the price shown when you book applies to that appointment. Payment is collected through our booking and payment providers. Any travel details for your location are confirmed when you book.

Risks

IV therapy carries risks, which your nurse will review with you. These may include discomfort, bruising or bleeding at the IV site, fluid leaking into nearby tissue, vein irritation, lightheadedness, infection and allergic reaction. Tell your nurse right away if you feel unwell during or after a session, and seek emergency care for any severe reaction.
